April’s Tea Box – 2012
Growing up in a family of creative foodies, experimenting with tea came naturally to me. With jars of tea stacked on top of jars of spices, I love spending time blending and creating new tea flavour sensations. This month, I took our Yebo Mate and added Cardamom and Cinnamon sticks to create incredible aromas and a slightly sweet spice. Next month we are releasing a series of videos on blending tea.
